If you are in Barbados and looking for something artistically stimulating this weekend The Barbados Photographic Society is having another exhibition on Sunday April 12th.  The Upcoming “Focus” Exhibition follows hot on the heels of the recently acclaimed RAW Exhibition which was called by many of the art stalwarts –

The best photography exhibition ever mounted in Barbados.

I am fortunate enough to have a piece in the upcoming exhibition, my piece is called “Waves” and is my perspective of Barbadian architecture.

In full disclosure I am also the President of the Barbados Photographic Society.  The Focus Exhibition was mounted by Team Focus, comprised of Public Relations Officer – Victor Gittens, Laura Rudder, Sherlock Lord, with assistance from Cheryl McCollin-Walker and Niaz Dokrat, of our Events Committee and the team at the Queens Park Gallery.  The Focus Exhibition runs until May 15th, 2015.  Below is the invitation from the Barbados Photographic Society and also a sneak peek at the catalog which will later be available for download in its entirety at the Barbados Photographic Society’s site

The Executive of the Barbados Photographic Society, The National Cultural Foundation and the Curator of the Queens Park Gallery , cordially invite  you to attend the opening of the Exhibition “FOCUS” on  Sunday the 12th of April 2015 at 6.30pm.
